G.J. (Gerard) Van Dijk (1960) Chief Executive Officer
Starting his career at Shell Internationale Petroleum Maatschappij N.V., The Hague, Gerard Van Dijk subsequently joined NEM Energy b.v. in 1994. After a number of years active in project management at Leiden, the Netherlands and as Branch Manager for NEM in Taiwan, he was appointed General Manager for the Business Unit, NEM Industrial & Utility Boilers in 2001. He was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for NEM on 1 September 2006. On 2 November 2011 he was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NEM Energy b.v. Gerard Van Dijk graduated in 1988 with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Eindhoven.

W. (Willem) de Blauw (1953) Chief Operational Officer
Willem de Blauw was appointed Managing Director and Chief Operational Officer on 1 June 2006. On 2 November 2011 he was appointed Managing Director and Chief Operational Officer of NEM Energy b.v. He has more than 30 years working experience, including 17 years with the boiler department of Royal Schelde Group N.V. The last four years before joining NEM Willem de Blauw worked for Fluor Corporation at the Operations & Maintenance business unit as Director Business Development in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

J.J.J. (Jan) Mulder (1964) Chief Financial Officer
Jan Mulder joined NEM on 1 January 2008 and was appointed Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2008. On 2 November 2011 he was appointed Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of NEM Energy b.v. From 1985, he mainly worked in various companies in the dredging industry of which for the last 8 years as Business Unit Controller with Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. During this period he was responsible for the regions Africa, Eastern Europe, Indian Subcontinent and the Middle East as well as the Offshore Division. Jan Mulder holds an MBA from the University of Nyenrode.

C. (Camiel) van der Graaf (1972) Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel
After graduating from law school at  the University of Amsterdam, Camiel van der Graaf started his professional career as attorney-at-law, specializing in corporate litigation. After eight years in private practice, he joined Siemens Netherlands. Camiel mainly advised on large scale EPC projects in both the energy sector and the transportation division. In 2008, Camiel joined the corporate headquarter of Siemens AG as lawyer / business partner of the energy sector. This brought him even closer to the business of building large scale infrastructure projects world wide in the energy sector. In April 2012, Camiel van der Graaf was appointed General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer of NEM Energy b.v.
